RESEARCH USE & SCOPE

Keep the purpose
and the evidence clear.

Chudik Scientific’s website describes a research analytical framework. A specific project requires its own accepted material, method, deliverables and agreement.

RESEARCH PURPOSE

Analytical information has limits.

Research analytical information is not medical advice, a clinical diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, an assessment of biological effectiveness or permission for human or veterinary use. A research-use label does not replace the requirements that apply to a material, activity or shipment.

Chromatographic profile, identity, total mass purity, gross powder weight and quantitative analyte content are separate claims. The method and supporting evidence determine which claim can be made.

Project acceptance

Organization review, individual project acceptance and shipment authorization are separate steps. No material should be mailed before acceptance and specific receiving instructions. Feasibility, references, deliverables, pricing, timing and sample disposition are agreed for the project.

Reports and representations

A report applies to the sample examined and its stated method and scope. It should not be extended to unexamined lots, a supplier’s entire catalog, clinical suitability or safety. Public use, confidentiality and authorization to use the laboratory name must be resolved in the project agreement.

Credentials and capabilities

No ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, CLIA certification, GLP/GMP compliance or FDA approval is claimed on this website. The current in-house instrument platform is HPLC with diode-array detection. Other techniques or services require a separately confirmed scope.
