ANALYTICAL SERVICES
Ask a clear question.
Define a useful analysis.
Chromatographic profile, identity and content are different questions. We help define an appropriate analytical scope before any material is shipped.
SERVICE AREAS
A focused starting point.
01 / PROFILE
HPLC analysis
Review the components detected under a specified chromatographic method and how their integrated peak areas relate.
02 / CONTENT
Content determination
Assess whether a quantitative project is feasible for the material, reference and method available.
03 / CONTEXT
Quality & reporting
Understand how sample traceability, method records, review and limitations support a report.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Define what the result needs to answer.
Tell us about your project.
- Material name, claimed identity, supplier and lot information.
- Powder or other sample form, available amount and relevant safety information.
- The question: chromatographic profile, comparison, or quantitative content.
- Any existing method, reference material or previous analytical records.
- Your intended research use, reporting needs and timing.
Feasibility, price, turnaround and final deliverables are agreed in the project quotation. No fixed turnaround or universal panel is promised.
SCOPE LIMITS
Keep different claims separate.
A peak-area percentage is one kind of result.
HPLC/DAD can provide information about components that are separated and detected under the specified conditions. A normalized peak-area percentage is not automatically a total mass-purity value. It does not, by itself, confirm molecular identity, establish milligrams per vial or demonstrate safety.
Mass spectrometry, sterility, endotoxin, clinical interpretation and biological activity are outside the current in-house HPLC/DAD platform. Any additional work would require a separately confirmed scope and a suitable provider.
