SAMPLE SUBMISSION
Contact first.
Ship after acceptance.
A clear submission starts before the package leaves your laboratory. Please obtain scope confirmation and shipping instructions before sending any material.
MAIL-IN WORKFLOW
From inquiry to accepted sample.
01
Send a project inquiry
Contact the laboratory with enough information to assess the request.
- Organization and contact details.
- Material name, supplier, lot, sample form and approximate amount.
- Research objective and the analytical question.
- Available SDS, hazards, existing results, method or reference information.
02
Confirm acceptance and scope
Wait for written confirmation before preparing a shipment.
- Agreed analytical work, deliverables and price.
- Required amount and suitable container or packaging.
- Shipping conditions and the correct receiving address.
- Requested timing, remaining-material disposition and reporting recipients.
03
Prepare the accepted sample
Follow the instructions provided for your accepted material.
- Label each container so it matches the submitted sample information.
- Use the agreed packaging and applicable shipping requirements.
- Include the requested submission reference and safety information.
- Do not combine, substitute or add undisclosed materials.
04
Ship and await receipt confirmation
Send the accepted sample only to the address supplied for that project. A registered office, billing address or verification address is not automatically the laboratory receiving address.
Receipt is checked against the accepted request. A damaged, leaking, unidentified or out-of-scope sample may be placed on hold while the issue is resolved.
05
Review the result and disposition
The agreed report identifies the sample examined and the scope performed. Remaining material is handled according to the disposition agreed for the project. Returns must be approved and feasible; do not assume they are automatic.
BEFORE SHIPPING
The address must match the purpose.
Request the laboratory receiving address for your accepted project. Company verification, billing and registered-office addresses serve different purposes. The laboratory does not receive walk-in customer visits.
